Her background includes sales and marketing roles in the corporate and start-up world, focusing on telecommunication and technology. As a global business developer at Thought Horizon, she uses social media to develop personal relationships and business. 

As a social selling coach, Monika has trained over 2000 professionals worldwide – from sales to marketing to C-level executives – and helped various organizations implement successful programs to take their business to the next level. Originally from Germany, Monika now lives in Seattle with her husband and son and is the co-founder of a non-profit in Kenya.
